Gábor heads the Finance and the Real Estate group at DLA Piper Hungary. During his career, he has advised on a variety of domestic and international cross border financing transactions including asset and acquisition financing, syndicated loans, projects and export financing transactions. He has wide experience in restructurings and consensual exit transactions as well as insolvency proceedings. He has also worked on major loan portfolio sales transactions. His client-sector focus includes acting for lenders or borrowers in real estate, financial, infrastructure and energy sector transactions both in Hungary and beyond.
Tamás is a Counsel and also the Real Estate Service Stream Leader in the Real Estate Team of DLA Piper Hungary. He has nearly 15 years of international experience with advising on the full life cycle of real estate. His expertise covers acquisitions and divestments, development and planning (including greenfield and industrial development projects), leasing, and property management. He assisted multinational clients through complex transactions, ensuring compliance and maximizing asset value.
Viktória is a senior lawyer in DLA Piper Hungary’s Real Estate team. She has been active in real estate sector over eight years, she has gained significant experience in drafting and negotiating office and retail lease agreements and lease amendments, ‚A’ category office building construction (FIDIC based and non-FIDIC based) & fit-out agreements. She is also experienced in general compliance matters, she has been leading an international compliance team and introduced and implemented basic policies (Code of Conduct, Anti-Bribery Policy, Whistleblowing Policy, Dawn Raid Policy).
Anikó is a senior lawyer in DLA Piper Hungary’s Real Estate team, supporting clients in all areas of real estate and construction law. Prior to joining DLA Piper, Aniko gained more than 10 years of experience in other international law firms and in public administration. In addition to advising domestic and international clients, Anikó is a lecturer at the Faculty of Public Governance and International Studies of the National University of Public Service.
